Agent Manager is local-first. Local worktrees and local runtime context remain the current trust boundary for daily development work.

Hosted workspace execution is being hardened in the repository, but this documentation does not present a generally available hosted sandbox offering. Treat a hosted environment as available only when your configured runtime and operator documentation explicitly prove it.
