Give an agent one bounded outcome, the relevant repository context, and the evidence that will prove completion.

Working sequence

1. Write or approve a decision-complete plan when the change needs one.
2. Give the agent ownership boundaries and preserve unrelated worktree changes.
3. Require focused validation for the behavior it changes.
4. Review the diff and validation evidence before treating the change as complete.
5. Move durable decisions into the document or runbook that owns them.
