Core loop

Agent Manager keeps the engineering loop visible:

1. Intent states the product outcome.
2. Goal or specification defines bounded work and acceptance evidence.
3. Agent work produces changes and recorded execution evidence.
4. Validation establishes what passed, failed, or remains unknown.
5. Durable follow-up records the next decision in the document that owns it.

The loop is not a generic task board. It connects delegated work to the evidence needed to keep direction and quality.
