2. Scope

This notice applies to the static marketing website at the website address stated above. The Agent Manager web app, local desktop processing, cloud workspaces, and support service are separate technical surfaces and may require supplemental notices.

Links to the app, support, and external services open independent services. Their own notices apply to processing there.

3. Website delivery and server logs

When the website is requested, the serving infrastructure processes connection data required for delivery. This may include IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, user agent, transferred volume, and status or error codes.

Processing supports secure delivery, troubleshooting, abuse detection, and stability. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Fonts and external resources

Fonts and static design resources are served with the website itself. Normal page loading does not connect to Google Fonts or comparable font services.

6. Email contact

When you contact support@ian-buck.dev, submitted information is processed to handle and document the request. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other relevant communication.

Contact data is deleted when the request is complete unless legal retention duties or legitimate documentation needs apply.

7. Links to the web app and support

The website links to the Agent Manager web app and support service. A connection to those services begins only when a link is opened. The marketing website does not send account data or local agent sessions to them.

The local desktop app does not upload raw local content merely because this website is visited. Remote execution and session archiving are separate, deliberately initiated product functions.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Hosting, infrastructure, and email providers may process connection or communication data within their assigned roles. Recipients receive only data required for their purpose.

Any processing outside the European Economic Area and the applicable safeguards will be documented from actual provider contracts before public release.

9. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as required for its purpose or by law. Server logs, security data, and contact communications use different deletion criteria.
